Kimber Offers Exciting Opportunities

Kimber Academy offers students who are participating in affiliate schools many wonderful national and international opportunities for leadership!

Student Officers

The administration can arrange for the selection of Student Officers, as necessary, depending upon the local needs of the Academy.

Class Officers

Class Officers who are assigned up to 10 students to work with, fellowship, and assist in helping them be comfortable and well-adjusted in the classroom setting. In addition, Class Officers will help these students in all aspects of social acceptance among their peers at the Academy.

National Student Body Officers

National Student Body Officers ( 14 and older)who are assigned to work with five Class Officers, and help in their training, encouragement, and fulfilling their assignment as Class Officers.

The National Officers will also assist in building friendships between students of different Kimber Academies throughout the state and nation, and will assist the administration in organizing and planning miscellaneous Academy events and socials.

On occasion these officers will also travel to and attend various conferences, seminars, and other events as representatives of Kimber Academy , and will pay for their own meals while traveling.

International Student Body Officers: (16 and Older)

There should be at least one International Student Officer per Academy, and there ought to be one International Student Officer per 100 students attending the Academy.

Their assignments will include working with and assisting all other Student Officers. They will also help in organizing local, regional, national, and international events and activities including educational excursions to foreign countries.

These officers will travel to and attend various conferences, seminars, and other events as representatives of Kimber Academy , and will pay for their own meals while traveling. They will also assist in reaching out to students enrolled in the Kimber Academy Distance Learning program.
